Updates to the Self-Help section!

I have taken some time to go through and update the Self-Help section, so please check it out!
This was at first to be a place for non-technical people to get help protecting and tuning-up there PC, but I had quickly let it become a list of applications/scripts to fix problems and remove virus which required much more technical skill. I plan to add another page to list these kinds of applications/scripts for others wanting to clean-up computers to have for reference.
